Considering that 4 PARA training from start to finish takes many months I was wondering what the pass rate for P Coy is like?

Quite high. >70%

You’ll do AAPPS ‘Build-Up’. Its about ten weekly drill nights and five weekends designed to prepare you for P Coy.
High pass rates can be attributed to the excellent phys and mental preparation the beat up course provides. Just work hard

How long is 4 PARA training from start to finish?
11 weekends over 22 weeks + 2 weeks CIC + 5 weekends PPS W/11 training evenings for PCOY, after that it’s BPC at RAF Brize Norton, all in all around 6 months (there abouts) from start of basic to earning beret, then a little longer for an op to earn wings (possibly) depending on how long the list is 🤙💪🏆

Thanks mate. Does all the training take place at the location in the barracks or do you need to travel to the likes of Catterick ?

Training evenings may be with your parent reserve unit or another local one, you’ll only shoot off to Catterick for CIC and PCOY
